Aroma: Complex aromas of vibrant citrus, exotic fruit, ruby grapefruit and ripe pear.

Tasting notes: Intense citrus fruits such as ruby grapefruit, and lemon, complimented by exotic fruits. The finish has mineral, saline, and spicy notes.

Vinification: Minimal intervention, utilising cool fermentation. The wine is then aged on the lees for texture. The vineyard benefits from organic/biodynamic farming.

Food pairing: Pair with grilled fish, octopus, ceviche, goat cheese, lemony chicken.
