Tasting notes: Rich and robust wine bursting with dark fruit flavours, spice, and toasted oak notes. Dark chocolate, black pepper, saffron. A superbly complex wine.

Vinification: Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months to soften tannins and allow the grape varieties to fully integrate.

Serving temperature: 16 – 18c

Decant for an hour before drinking for the wine to open.
Cellar for 8 - 10 years.
