Aroma: Inviting aromas of wild berry, spice and toasty notes.

Tasting notes: A beautifully balanced palate with smoky ripe flavours of plum and earthy undertones. Pure and elegant on the finish.

Vinification: The grapes were carefully sorted upon arrival at the winery, to ensure the best quality fruit was vinified. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation to soften the palate. 8% of the wine was aged in new French oak barrels for eight months.

Food pairing: An ideal match with charcuterie, bbq meats and steaks.
