Aroma: This dessert wine is full of sweet notes like strawberry and quince jam.

Tasting notes: The taste is intense and persistent with a medium to high acidity. Sweet strawberries and candied pears notes.

Vinification: Late harvest grapes are hand picked whilst frozen. The grapes are then pressed and the ice water is extracted to leave a highly flavourful and sweet syrup. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14°C for about 42 days.

Food pairing: Asconi Ice Wine Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with fruit tarts, cheesecake, ice cream, and soft cheese.
