Aroma: The colour of the ice wine is a rich gold and we also have to mention the nice viscosity caused by the high sugar content. The bouquet is very intense with pronounced Muscat flavours, shades of basil and notes of honey.

Tasting notes: It has a fine, pleasant taste, with a refreshing acidity and shades of white cherry jam, candied peaches and grilled pineapple.

Vinification: Late harvest grapes are hand picked whilst frozen. The grapes are then pressed and the ice water is extracted to leave a highly flavourful and sweet syrup. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14°C for about 42 days.

Food pairing: Asconi Ice Wine Muscat pairs well with cheesecake, crème brulee, and assorted cheeses.
