Aroma: The colour is an intense rich-gold. The aromas that open in the glass are reminiscent of overripe tropical fruits like pineapple, mango and invigorating notes of lemon peel.

Tasting notes: The taste is long lasting and unexpectedly fresh due to the acidity with notes of honey and tropical fruits, a light flavour of petrol typical of riesling is present.

Vinification: Late harvest grapes are hand picked whilst frozen. The grapes are then pressed and the ice water is extracted to leave a highly flavourful and sweet syrup. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14°C for about 42 days.

Food pairing: Asconi Ice Wine Riesling pairs well with fresh fruits, pastry, and white chocolate.
