Tasting notes: Distinguished by a very delicate foam, this is an easy to drink Prosecco style sparkling wine with low minerality, especially when well chilled. The acidity is crisp and balanced by tropical fruit flavours.

Vinification: Utilising the Charmat method (Prosecco), whereby the second fermentation occurs inside the stainless steel tank prior to bottling.

Food pairing: Corten D’oro Spumant pairs well with nutty cheeses (Gouda, Edam, Emmental), fresh salads and antipasto.

Serving temperature: 6-8°C
