Aroma: Complex aromas of Red fruits with black pepper, vanilla, and coffee.

Tasting notes: A refined taste, harmoniously balancing oak notes, ripe cherries, blackcurrant, blackberry, and spices including nutmeg. The wine is medium bodied with a high acidity and pepper on the finish.

Vinification: Oak aged for 24 months then bottle aged until release.

Food pairing: Corten Feteasca Neagra pairs well with cheese, red meats, smoked and cured meats.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C *For optimum flavour, decant and allow 60 minutes to breathe prior to drinking.
