Aroma:  Notes of white flowers, ripe peaches, citrus, white tea and orange peel.

Tasting notes: Delicate persistent bubbles provide the perfect uplift to the savoury notes of the tannins from the skin contact. Flavours of ripe peach and nectarine combine with orange peel and tea.

Vinification: Made in the charmat method. Skin contact between 7 and 14 days depending on vintage. 

Food pairing: Cricova amber cuvee pairs with seafood dishes, grilled white fish, mature cheeses with a semi-hard texture. Also pairs well with spicey asian dishes. 

Serving temperature: 8 – 10c
