Tasting notes: Full bodied wine, with well structured tannins. Flavours of cherries, blackberry, cloves and tobacco add depth and complexity.

Vinification: Oak aged in high toast barrels to soften the tannins and add complexity to the wine.

Food pairing: Asconi Saperavi can be paired with red meat dishes, sausages, barbeque meats and vegetables.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
