Aroma: The aromatic profile is complex and shows a combination of dried red fruits such as plums, cherries, blackberry, and chocolate hints.

Tasting notes: The acidity and sweetness are well balanced, so it is smooth and round, with a velvety texture and long aftertaste. The flavour is reminiscent of baked red fruits, plums and cherries.

Vinification: 13 – 15 days in fermenters at 26c.

Food pairing: Asconi Saperavi & Cabernet Sauvignon Sweet Wine pairs well with Spicy Asian dishes, Salami, Blue cheese and chocolate cake.

Serving temperature: 12 – 14°C.
