Aroma: Shaped by light citrusy notes, golden apples and pears, complemented with floral hints.

Tasting notes: The taste is full bodied, refreshing and citrusy with a well balanced acidity. Showing harmonious shades and a lasting aftertaste with ripe peach notes, and tropical fruits. The flavour profile is much fuller and complex then the classic Italian pinot grigio.

Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Food pairing: Chateau Purcari Pinot Grigio pairs with fish dishes, mussels, poultry, hard cheeses, grilled vegetables and tapas.
