Tasting notes: Port style wine with a full body and a smooth finish. Notes of dark fruits, such as blackberry and plum, accompanied by hints of spice and oak from the aging process.

Vinification: Oak aged to soften the tannins and add complexity to the wine, then fortified to raise the alcohol percentage.

Food pairing: Cojusna Pastoral can be paired with hearty dishes like roasted meats and stews. It also pairs exceptionally well with aged cheeses and cured meats.
