Aroma: Citrus and tropical fruits, bananas, pineapple, slightly woody and vanilla notes.

Tasting notes: Full and creamy with well-balanced acidity, and a long aftertaste. The flavour is fruity with lemon, peach, and pineapple, complimented with some creamy, buttery notes and a touch of banana on the finish.

Vinification: Stainless steel tanks, fermented at 17C for about 18-23 days. Oak aged for 3 months allowing the wine to under-go malolactic conversion.

Food pairing: Corten Chardonnay pairs well with cheese, seafood, salads, and antipasto.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
