Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay grown in the Valul lui Traian region of Moldova. This wine delivers citrus and tropical fruits, bananas, pineapple, combined with slightly woody and vanilla notes. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks,  at 17°C for about 18-23 days. Oak aged in old French oak for 3 months allowing the wine to under-go malolactic conversion.
