Aroma: Red fruits of strawberry and raspberry, hints of vanilla and yeasty notes.

Tasting notes: An expressive perlage with flavours of strawberry, raspberry, and red currants are complimented with bread, biscuit and vanilla.

Vinification: Cuvee de Prestige Rose is made using the traditional method (champenoise) the wine goes through second fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 9 months aging on the lees. The wine is then bottle aged for a further 24 months prior to release.

Food pairing: Corten Cuvee de Prestige Rosé pairs beautifully with oysters, caviar, sushi, olives and feta cheese.
