Crafted from a blend of 100% Pinot Noir grown in the Valul Lui Traian region, Moldova this wine delivers red fruits of strawberry and raspberry, hints of vanilla and yeasty notes. Produced using the traditional method (champenoise) the wine goes through second fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 9 months aging on the lees. The wine is then bottle aged for a further 24 months prior to release.
