Tasting notes: This Pinot Noir opens with flavours of sour cherry, and blackcurrant. Layers of earthy notes, vanilla, and noble oak add complexity.

Vinification: Oak aged for 6 months then bottle aged for 3 years until release.

Food pairing: Corten Pinot Noir pairs well with roast pork, rack of lamb, cheeses, and even pizza.

Serving temperature: 14-16°C
