Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the Valul lui Traian region of Moldova. This wine delivers ripe sour cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, mushroom and forest floor. The wine is oak aged for 6 months in French oak barrique, then bottle aged for 3 years until release.

Tasting notes: Light, Earthy and Fruity

The wine is dry with a light body and a high acidity. Opening with flavours of sour cherry, and blackcurrant. Layers of earthy notes, vanilla, and noble oak add complexity. The wine shows layers of aging with some leather notes on the finish.
