Aroma: Lime, green apples, jasmine and petrol.

Tasting notes: Slightly bitter, with balanced sourness and nuances of blackcurrant on the finish. This Riesling is similar in style to that of Alsace with petrol / gasoline notes from the aging of quality grapes.

Vinification: Stainless steel tanks, fermented at 17 0C for about 18-23 days.

Food pairing: Corten Riesling pairs beautifully with Asian-inspired cuisine, and also complements spicy food, including Indian and Thai dishes. For a more nuanced pairing, try it with creamy cheeses, like brie and goat cheese, or with sweet accompaniments like fresh fruit and honey
