Aroma: Floral aroma of jasmine and acacia, complimented by tropical fruit notes.

Tasting notes: Tropical fruits on the palate of pineapple, mango and passion fruit, a crisp well balanced acidity and flavours that linger for a long finish with a subtle minerality. An excellent alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Traminer.

Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks

Food pairing: Corten Viorica can be paired with seafood dishes, roast chicken and cream cheeses – it also compliments Asian spicy dishes well and even creamy desserts.
