Vinification: Using Georgian traditional winemaking method of natural fermentation, undergoing skin contact in clay Qvevri for 6 months.

Food pairing: Dugladze Kakhuri orange wine pairs with seafood, spicy dishes, and foods with creamy or rich sauces. Specifically, it shines with Middle Eastern mezze, mature cheeses, fermented foods, and spiced roasted vegetables. It also works well with rich fish dishes like salmon or monkfish in a tomato-based sauce.
