Crafted from 100% Kisi grown in the Magraani region, Georgia this wine delivers fruity, floral, and herbal notes. Fermented in clay Qvevri for 6 months which enhance skin contact, utilising low intervention techniques, wild yeast fermentation and natural clarification.

Tasting notes: Soft, Floral and Earthy

The wine has a soft varietal aroma with ripe yellow fruit notes such as yellow apples and melon. The flavour is fruity, and floral with herbal notes, flavours of apricot and honey. On the finish there are Earl Grey tea like tannins and a saline grip.
