Aroma: Dried black plums and cherries, earthy notes.

Tasting notes: Black fruit flavours combine with fresh red fruits and a slight earthiness from the clay qvevri. Distinguished by well expressed tannins and a long finish.

Vinification: Fermented in clay Qvevri which enhance skin contact, utilising wild yeast and natural clarification. Aging continues in oak barrels to soften tannins and aide complexity.

Food pairing: Dugladze Saperavi Qvevri pairs well with roast rack of lamb and beef dishes, also BBQ meats and vegetables.
