Fermented in clay Qvevri which enhance skin contact, utilising low intervention techniques, wild yeast fermentation and natural clarification. Aging continues in oak barrels to soften tannins and aide complexity.

The wine has notes of black fruit flavours such as blackberries and black plums, these combine with fresh red cherries and redcurrants. There is a slight earthiness from the clay Qvevri. The finish is distinguished by well expressed tannins and a long finish.
