Tasting notes: Silky texture, with notes of raspberry and strawberry. An extended finish, with hints of berries and a balanced, crisp aftertaste, perfect for summer sipping.
Vinification: Stainless steel tanks, fermented at 17c for about 18-23 days
Food pairing: Purcari rosé pairs well with salads, grilled vegetables, seafood like shrimp or mussels, and lightly spiced chicken salads. Consider also lighter pasta dishes, crispy quiche with goat cheese, and even some cheese and charcuterie boards.
