Vinification: Methode Traditionelle with 2nd fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months, then bottle aged for 12 months prior to release.
Food pairing: Purcari Cuvee de Purcari makes the perfect aperitif whilst it pairs wonderfully with Oysters, caviar, and nutty cheeses.
