Crafted from 100% Saperavi grown in the Stefan Voda region of Moldova. This wine delivers ripe sweet cherry on the nose, once allowed to breathe it develops into baked cherry, blackberry and plums. The grapes are hand harvested and sorted prior to fermentation. Then aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

This dry wine is full bodied with well balanced red and black fruits, cherries, blackberries, plums, and spices from the oak aging of clove and nutmeg. The finish has soft, supple, velvety tannins and medium acidity.
