Tasting notes: Smooth, fruity with a balanced acidity and an off-dry sweet finish. Layers of ripe red and black fruits such as redcurrants and blackberries.

Vinification: Produced using the charmat method with 2nd fermentation occurring in stainless steel tanks for 28 days.
