Crafted from 100% Krakhuna grown in Imereti region Georgia, this wine delivers a fresh and crisp taste of stone fruits and salinity. This wine was vinified utilising cold maceration  over four hours to extract the delicate aromatics, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16°C, lasting two weeks. The wine was rested on its fine lees for 10 days, imparting texture and complexity.
